HFTKernel processes personal data submitted through this website to respond to business inquiries, send temporary package download links, provide technical information, and offer consultation services.

- Name, business email, company, role and message content.
- Selected platform, package format and package interest.
- IP address, user agent, submission timestamp and rate-limiting metadata.
Legal basis
We process this data based on consent, legitimate interest in responding to business requests, and pre-contractual communication where applicable.
Retention
Temporary download tokens expire after 24 hours. Package files remain in private storage and are not copied into public directories. Lead records may be retained for sales and support follow-up unless deletion is requested.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers for email delivery, hosting, logging and security.
